MO Home Inspectors wil pay another InterNACHI Cerified Property Inspector® to inspect the home you are buying and not charge for the home inspection already conducted, if the buyer does not feel the inspector performed the inspection correctly.  The buyer needs to be present during the whole home inspection process to understand how knowledgable the inspector is, and how much he prides himself into giving each buyer unbais superior service.  The buyer needs to tell the inspector that he wants to activate the 200% guarantee during the final walk through after the inspector explains the defects found.  No home inspection report will be given to the buyer by this inspector.  This guarantee is only for home inspections.
